Hello, Jonathan,

You asked me to get in touch when we got our new Mercedes E350 CDI BluEfficiency Avantgarde Estate. It was delivered this morning and we are absolutely delighted with it!

We have had only two problems with the process of ordering through you and Mercedes ****, both of them the fault of Mercedes themselves. We were initially disappointed that Indigolite Blue was no longer available, but my wife says she thinks she prefers Pearl Beige and I’m certainly happy with it! The other was the delivery date, initially predicted for 20^th September: the vehicle arrived in the UK only last week. Fortunately, we were able to manage without a car for the extra few weeks. We have had only a brief drive in it, but we are sure we are really going to enjoy owning our first Mercedes.

We appreciate all your help with our order. We would certainly recommend your services.

Dear Jonathan,

Just to confirm I collected the Skoda Fabia Estate SE TDI today from Steve **** at **** Skoda. It was a very pleasant drive and the new Skoda managed an amazing 81 mpg which compares to the 59 mpg my old Skoda currently does.

Am so sorry for the delay, everything has been a bonkers since we spoke! Work is very busy and I have been on holiday twice!

Anyway, the car arrived (VW POLO MATCH) on Sept 5^th as arranged with ****, and I LOVE it! Such a lovely drive and it’s very exciting having a new car. Only problem is I find myself constantly worried about it when it’s parked somewhere unfamiliar (supermarket car park etc) as I worry about people damaging it! An overprotective owner....

Anyway, the experience as a whole was great. From initial discussions with you, I was pretty much presented with my car of choice within a month. ****was helpful and answered my questions and the driver who delivered it was a lovely guy. All in all, a very easy, efficient service provided by all involved!
