Just to let you know I took delivery of my new VW yesterday. Obviously its early days but it is a fantastic little car. I can't believe how grown up it feels.

 

I would like to thank you for all your help with my purchase. It was so easy and painless. ****VW (especially Lucie) have been fantastic. I must admit I had some apprehension about buying a car I had never seen in the flesh (or is it metal) through people I'd never met. I needn't have worried. Hi Jonathan,
Firstly, let me apologise for the time it's taken for me to get around
to emailing you regarding the purchase of Jennifer's new VW Golf.
We've now had the car four weeks and we are absolutely delighted with
the car and the overall purchasing experience.
I'd previously considered purchasing a car through a broker but had
kept putting it off and have got to say that I wish I hadn't left it
so long. The whole experience was painless both in my dealings with
you and with **** and **** at **** VW so when I think of
the time we spent trawling around dealers trying to negotiate a decent
discount I could have saved myself a whole load of fuel and time had I
contacted you at the outset.
Jennifer and I enjoyed our trip down from Scotland to pick up the car
and the flowers from the dealer were most appreciated. As a bonus,
with some of the money we saved we treated ourselves to a weekend in
the lake district on the way home which was very nice! **** also
called us to check we'd got back OK and that we were happy with the
car and when we got home the V5 registration document was waiting for
us behind the door which was reassuring.
So, many thanks again for everything, we will be back in touch in a few
years when we're looking for a replacement!
